Experienced in the preparation and review of business valuation reports. Experience includes business and intangible-asset valuations for both private and public companies across a broad array of industries, on such matters as acquisitions, divestitures, financial reporting, and tax reorganizations. Also experienced in intangible and goodwill impairment testing.
Prior to joining Cole and Partners, she was with an international accounting firm with a primary emphasis on preparing and reviewing business valuations prepared for financial reporting as well as preparing and reviewing analysis relating to intangible and goodwill impairment testing.
Has considerable experience and understanding of the mining industry and related valuation issues.
